What is DoctSoft

A single, secure system of record for your whole hospital: OPD, IPD, pharmacy, diagnostics and billing.

DoctSoft is a unified hospital management platform that runs your entire facility on one record: front office, outpatient and inpatient care, pharmacy, diagnostics, billing and the patient portal. Instead of stitching together separate tools, every department shares the same patient, the same clinical history and the same ledger, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing is lost between systems.

One record, six departments

A patient registered at the front desk is immediately available to the doctor, the pharmacy, the lab and billing. A prescription written in a consult routes straight to the pharmacy queue; a charge raised anywhere lands on the same bill. This is the core idea: one system of record, not ten integrations.

  • Front office: registration, appointments, the live OPD queue and payments.
  • Clinical: structured consults, e-prescriptions, inpatient wards, nursing, OT, ICU and emergency.
  • Pharmacy: dispensing plus a full stock, supplier and purchase-order supply chain.
  • Billing: itemized bills, GST invoices, governed discounts and insurance/TPA claims.
  • Patient portal: online booking, digital tokens, records and video consults on your own domain.
  • Platform: multi-hospital administration, role-based access, and a complete audit trail.

Built for Indian hospitals

DoctSoft speaks the local standards out of the box: UHID patient identifiers, GST-compliant invoicing, UPI/card payments, multi-payer billing, and ABDM/ABHA interoperability aligned to India's national digital health mission. Records export to FHIR R4 at any time. Your data is always yours.

Every clinical record is protected with field-level AES-256 encryption, per-hospital data isolation, role-based access control, multi-factor sign-in and a tamper-evident audit log.

How this documentation is organised

The guides are grouped by department. If you are setting up a hospital for the first time, start with Getting started, then read the guide for each module your team uses. Every guide is task-based: it walks through the real workflow your staff will follow.
